This course is available to non-divers too.

This course represents entry-level training designed to educate the public to provide emergency oxygen first aid while activating the local Emergency Medical Service (EMS) and arranging for evacuation to the nearest medical facility.  The course goal is to train all divers and those in a position to help divers (boat captains, lifeguards, etc.) in the proper use of emergency oxygen.  This entry-level emergency oxygen course also outlines the recognition of diving illnesses treatable by emergency oxygen.

Upon successfully completing the course, you will be qualified to administer emergency oxygen to non-divers and divers suspected of near drowning or decompression illness (DCI).
